We love date nights, going out to try new restaurants and catching a movie or a show and exploring everything that Los Angeles has to offer. But for us, Valentines Day is usually a day to spend at home. Making reservations and over-paying at completely booked restaurants just sounds stressful. So we’ve put together a list of romantic classics for your stay at home date nights, here are our favs!
Pretty Woman
This romantic comedy classic has an all-star cast with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere at the helm. It’s the story of an unlikely couple who you just can’t help but root for.
Crazy, Stupid, Love
There are so many love stories wrapped into one fantastic storyline in this fantastic movie. Crazy, Stupid, Love was written by the guy behind This Is Us.
The Holiday
We love this female-driven film. It’s the perfect combination of finding true love in unexpected places and finding yourself along the way.
P.S. I Love You
This one is only a good idea if you are up for a bit of crying. It’s the beautiful story of a man who passes away and leaves his wife a trail of letters to help her get over her grief.

Silver Linings Playbook

The Big Sick
This movie is based on the real-life courtship between Pakistan-born comedian Kumail Nanjiani (played by himself in the film) and Emily Gordon (who co-wrote the screenplay with him). Their love story is filled with family culture crashes and dealing with a mysterious illness.
