If you haven’t picked up on it yet, we are both complete yoga addicts. Beyond the physical benefits we’re both super into the stress-reducing and mind-calming aspects, and love having the community that our studios provide. We’ve both been through teacher training and well over 100 classes per year for many years in a row, so you can imagine our closets are bursting with gear. While not trying to let it get out of hand, we definitely have our tried-and-true favorites that always get washed and worn first. Here’s our rundown!

BOTTOMS

We both go back and forth between pants, capris, and shorts depending on the class, routine, or temperature we’ll be practicing in. Here are some we love:

TOPS

For all the hot yoga we do, a lot of the time we’ll opt for just a sports bra (love the super strappy trends as of late!), but love some other fuller-coverage options that have built-in bras.

MATS

One of the only really must-haves for most yoga practices, we’ve tried the gamut as far as mats go. Every now and then you’ll even find us opting out completely and just renting one from the studio! These are our favorites, though:

ACCESSORIES

We’re huge fans of hot yoga and thus one of our favorite yoga accessories is a mat-length towel. We’ve even got a full roundup of all our favs.
