1. My husband and I are celebrating a small anniversary this week. We got engaged 3 years ago yesterday at Fess Parker Winery in Los Olivos, CA. We haven’t been back there in years so I’ve been reading up on a few fellow blogger posts (1), (2), (3) and getting inspired for another trip.

   

2. I got my nails done a few days ago for the first time in months… maybe it’s even been a year! I went to MiniLuxe West Hollywood and was treated to a complimentary appointment by the Yelp Elite team. I loved the MiniLuxe experience. They are a Boston-based company so the nail colors had fun names that I loved like “Fenway Spark” and “Cheers”. They also have some great Los Angeles colors like “Pretty Woman” and “La La Land”.
3. Laura has been on her honeymoon all week and my husband’s work schedule has been crazy. I’ve been lucky enough to have a fairly low-key week which means I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole of Amazon Prime Video. A few of my favorite movies are available to stream for free right now if you are a prime member: The Big Sick, Mona Lisa Smile, and She’s All That.
4. I’ve recently become very obsessed with tahini and using it in things other than hummus. Loving these recipes and ideas from fellow bloggers: Cinnamon Fig + Tahini Energy Bites, Roasted Harissa Cauliflower with Whipped Tahini Sauce and Tahini & Pistachio Brownies.

1. Completely adored Ali’s post about the Boston Marathon ladies inspiring her own love-the-women-in-your-life moment.

   

2. I’ve been on my honeymoon all week in Moab, Utah having THE BEST time. My (new!!) husband and I have been hiking 4-10 hours every day and then luxuriating in the hot tub most nights, aka my perfect dream week! We dined at the Desert Bistro last night which was far and away our best meal here.
3. I just finished this book and so enjoyed learning the origin story of Tversky and Kahneman. I’ve been a huge fan of their work since high school but never knew much about their relationship and found it fascinating!
4. While I’m stoked to be on vacay, I’m also a little craving our routine and am very excited to see our pets in a couple of days! My skin is craving getting out of this heat and doing some moisturizing masks!
