- Feeling inspired by this awesome urban art. They print the design from drain covers onto shirts, bags, and posters. It is so cool.
- I am in the market for a felt wreath this year. I love that they can be used year after year and you don’t have to worry about replacing the purchase again and again. These are the ones that I already have my eye on – Felted Songbird Wreath (Anthropologie, $78), Wreath with Green Felt Leaves, White Berries, Pinecones (Target, $20) and the Year-Round All Season Wreath (it’s the one in the picture) – (Etsy, $50).
- So excited about this new show with Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, with those two amazing actresses at the helm, is going to be awesome.
- Really loving the weather change here in LA and how things are finally starting to feel like fall. Added lots of wonderful fall favorites to our Pinterest page.

- I’m starting the Thanksgiving countdown and already thinking about what I should bring to this year’s dinner! Some of my go-tos of the past are cranberry-brie puff pastry appetizers, fruit tarts, and stuffing (my favorite Thanksgiving dish!). I’m feeling extra inspired by all the spaghetti squash recipes coming across my “plate” lately [1], [2], [3].
- Starting to backstock some emergency hostess gifts for the holidays and I’m feeling great about some recent finds: funny/punny kitchen towels, wildflower seed bombs, mini scented candle library, olivewood and marble serving board, and city map prints.
- Very much appreciate Gal Meets Glam’s “Once You’re There” travel post. I usually have to pep-talk myself to hit the ground running on arrival in a new place, and Julia’s tips are all spot on. I used a lot of these tips (without fully realizing it) on one of my last trips to Vancouver, and it really helped me settle in and feel like I had a good feel for the city even only a day or two into the trip!
- I listened to the Patagonia “How I Built This” episode recently and it reminded me just how great their brand really is. I have a fleece I got my first year of high school that is still going strong, and my fiancé and I have matching fuzzy jackets that I’m sure will last us for many years to come…
